- We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

- Sale items, bodysuits, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Email us at sol.lunathreads3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

- Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

- Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
